Frequently Asked Questions

Our Concerts

Q: How do I get tickets?

A: Our March concerts are presented as part of the Community Church of Tellico Village Concert Series. A yearly subscription at various funding levels can be purchased from the church office, and two tickets to one of our March performances are part of that package. Individual tickets are available thirty days prior to the events, which in 2024 would be February 3, on a first-come basis. Check social media for announcements, or check with the church office.

Tickets to our free pre-Independence Day July concerts must be picked up in person at a pre-announced location, with a four-ticket-per-car maximum. Follow social media and Tellico Village Life for save-the-date announcements, location, and availability

At the current time, there are no on-line ticket purchases.

Q: Are the seats reserved?

A: There are no assigned seats. Special/early seating for March concerts is available for Concert Series season patrons. All other seats, for both July and March, are first-come.  Doors usually open 30 minutes before concert time, and good seats fill up very fast. Early arrival is important in  order to secure the best seats.

Q: Where are your concerts held, and how long do they last?

A: Community Church of Tellico Village, 130 Chota Center, Loudon, TN. The March concerts are right around two hours, including an intermission. July concerts are presented straight through, lasting about 1 ½ hours.

Special Concerts

Q: Is your group available to sing outside of regularly-scheduled concerts?

A: With advance warning, Tellico Voices, our elite 20-voice ensemble, can be available for complimentary special performances, especially in support of other 501 (c) organizations. Because of its size, Tellico Village Singers is usually not available. Direct inquiries about either organization to info@tellicovillagesingers.org.
